Request to deliver and disclose the investments in the
Tax-Exempted Mutual Funds to the Revenue Department
I hereby confirm that I am a unitholder of Talis Asset Management’s mutual funds that are eligible for income tax deduction (“Tax-Exempted Mutual Funds”) such as Retirement Mutual Fund (RMF) and Super Saving Fund (SSF), etc.
I hereby acknowledge that investor of the Tax-Exempted Mutual Funds must request the Asset Management Company to deliver and disclose investments in the Tax-Exempted Mutual Funds throughout the tax year, beginning from Year 2022 onwards, to the Revenue Department for the benefit of my personal income tax exemption in accordance with the regulations, conditions and procedures prescribed by the Revenue Department.
I hereby acknowledge that the request shall be submitted via this channel within the last business day of the tax year so that the request is effective in the tax year and onwards. To request to deliver and disclose investments of the previous tax years, please follow the procedure that will be set by Talis Asset Management.
I hereby certify that I have read and have a good understanding of details in terms contained in the Privacy Policy. I hereby acknowledge and agree that Talis Asset Management will collect, use and/or disclose your personal date that I give directly to Talis Asset Management or that Talis Asset Management receives from other sources for the purpose of data submission to the Revenue Department.
