Qualifications
- Thai national with a bachelor or master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7- 10 years in HR and Administration experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, experience in the Asset Management industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading employee engagement and cultural transformation initiatives, ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Strong leadership and management skills and good relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Computer literate with proficient skills in MS Office/
