Fund Operations Officer

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Age 26–35 years.
  • Maintain accurate funds, securities, and investment-rule data in relevant systems.
  • Record and verify fund transactions, including trades, subscriptions, redemptions, income, expenses, and corporate actions.
  • Calculate and review NAV and mark-to-market (MTM) valuations in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Process subscription, redemption, and dividend payments, including account reconciliations.
  • Prepare regulatory reports, tax documents, and required information for relevant authorities, and support process improvements.
  • Coordinate with fund administrators, trustees, registrars, banks, and internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate fund operations.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the asset management industry is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of numerical data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong service mindset.
  • Good command of English and high proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
