| Investment Policy |
- Invests in units of the MEGA 10 CHINA POPULAR CONSUMER BRAND Open-ended Fund (MEGA10CHINAPOP) (the Master Fund) at an average of not less than 80% of NAV during the accounting year.
- The Master Fund invests in equities and/or equity-related securities of companies engaged in the distribution of goods and/or the provision of services related to daily consumption, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). The fund manager will select investments in the equities of such companies based on large market capitalization and high liquidity, limited to 10 companies.
