| Investment Policy |
- Invests in units of the MEGA 10 CHINA TECHNOLOGY Open-ended Fund (MEGA10CHINATECH) (the Master Fund) at an average of not less than 80% of NAV during the accounting year.
- The Master Fund invests in equities and/or equity-related securities of technology companies and/or companies engaged in technology-related business themes (“Technology Themes”), listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). The fund manager will select investments in the equities of such companies based on large market capitalization and high liquidity, limited to 10 companies.
